VOI cars with rear wing

I just purchased #98 VOI Viper and was admiring some of the photos taken in Vegas and noticed that two cars had the prefix package which included the rear wing, front splitter, engine package, badging and H-spoke wheels (my car came with these wheels). Does anyone know how I can order the wing and splitter and also maybe get two badges for the pillars. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Dan P.S. I love the car, the white with blue stripes just jumps out at you
