Wanted: cheap Gen 1 half shaft

My '94 with almost 100K makes a crunch noise somewhere in the rear axles(s) upon driveaway. No vibration, it is not u-joints, drives and behaves fine, so I'm relegated to exchanging parts until the noise goes away. The only sloppy part I can locate are the splines internal to the right side half shaft, but that doesn't fit with the type of noise I hear. Anyway, if someone has a used OEM halfshaft (u-joint condition or number of miles doesn't matter) for free or cheap, let me know.
