You can buy a Le Mans video for each of the years you want from "Duke" videos. They do mail order.
P.S. I was there 1999 and 2000, wonderful, made it into the pits, chatted with the teams. Brought back a brake disc #56 GTSR, signed by all the Chamberlain team once it had cooled down!
