What is considered normal oil consumption?

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">What would one consider "normal" oil consumption, assuming:

10w-30 Mobil 1
1996 GTS w/ 3,000 miles
Oil changed very frequently
No leaks
Normal usage, (strong runs up to 100 or so, but no track time)

More importantly, at what point does Chrysler consider it a problem?

I use about a quart every 2500 miles in my 99 GTS, and think that is fine. I run the car fairly hard.
