Joe- If I recall correctly, arent the ARP studs w/moly 86 lb/ft? I am almost positive thats what they are spec'd at from ARP...I dont even think they give an "engine oil" spec, only moly.
This info is straight from Arrow racing. If using the stock head bolts, and they can be reused if threads are not nicked or burred, install dry because the bolts have a special coating, and as J.Dell said, torque in three stages.
45-85-110 ft lbs. This is on a GenII. Hope this helps!

i already got my satisfaction rebuilding the motor, installing my own blower, and tuning it all myself. i wanted an expert tuner to install my tt set-up this time around.
