Ya gotta see what works and what doesn't, and adjust from there.

Slip the clutch just a tad as you roll into the throttle. Will get you out of the hole with just a bit of tire spin. Be carefull to smoothly shift into 2nd to avoid shocking your driveline, and causing your tires to spin out of control. Track conditions will cause you to slightly modify this approach due to traction available. Do not let air out of your run flats. You need a flat cross section. Low pressure will have you running just on the edges.
