What\'s up with this ACR?

Originally saw this 99 ACR on eBay: eBay Auction

Then happened across this autotrader ad: AutoTrade ad

Tried to call the 'seller' (who happens to be in Missouri) and voicemail full for 2 days.

Staying away from this car (why would he list for $30,500 when eBay bid was 6k more than that?). Does anyone else know anything about it?

I think the eBay auction is legitimate and the autotrader ad is the scam. The scammer just stole that image from the eBay auction.

Received an email from the autotrader person - but it basically was a cut/paste of the eBay description with a little more detail. He refers to the photos in ebay, even though I contacted him through autotrader (and he doesn't know I saw it on eBay). In fact, I didn't realize it was the same car until his email and the description sounded familiar.

Email claims it's in Wheeling, IL - which is about 160 miles from here... agreed - too suspicious.
