Where can I acces the D-C vin Check??

I need to run a vin number through the D-C computer to check for completed recalls, etc. How can I acces this?

mine shows no incomplete recalls on my 94 viper, was there any recalls on the 94? Just wondering if any were fixed before i bought it a few years ago
