Who Has Factory Tinted Glass on Gen II?

I just can't tell if my 98 RT/10 has tinted glass...the top part of the windshield doesn't have that darker "band" and that makes me think it isn't.

Does anyone know if tinted glass was offered and whether it was an option or standard?

No windshield shade [top] on Vipers from the factory but all side windows are tinted.
