well I just found out that the fluidyne oil cooler MUST be sold with the radiator so thats out anyone have a line on the chrome E-brake?

That's for the oil cooler.

I don't know where your gonna get that chrome poser ebrake thing. Try Citysnake or Vipermad.

Why do you need an oil cooler? Stock cooler damaged?
