Window regulator channel guide? Part#

Well my [new to me] 97 gts window regulator partially broke.
Earlier I found a vendor that carried just the channel guide.

the piece that connects the regulator to the glass. for ~ $85.

I have searched, but I must have something in my EYE cause I can not seem to find it again?

I have been there and it does not show it seperately.
I know there is a vendor that has it.
When I find it I will post for others to see.
My car can not be the only one that has done this.

I found it.
turns out it is a used part for ~$50 on scrap-bay

I still think I saw new ones for ~$89 ?

Still much cheaper than a $400+ regulator assembly.

I will keep looking.

Are you talking about the white plastic piece that hold the clip onto the window? If so I just repaired one of mine last weekend. I drilled four small holes just a little larger in diameter than some really small finish nails through the broken piece and into the big piece then epoxied the unit back together with nails inside the holes. The nails should give it the strength it needs (epoxy istelf would not be sufficient). Everything was good until I discovered my dang door release switch broke on disassembly and I have to wait until an ordered one shows up before I can put the door back together.

I will probably purchase that used one, then whiddle on it before the install.

this must be a common issue.
