Not sold separately and nearly impossible to remove. I recommend you use six or eight sticky silicone dots like go on the back of picture frames. This keeps the cowl off the glass and actually lets out more heat.
Available at hardware stores for two dollars per set..... the advice - priceless
I've got to believe McMaster-Carr has weather stripping that will work with the cowl. I'll take some measurements of the weather stripping over the weekend and see if I can find something on McMaster. I'll post my results.
Thanks for the replies! I actually need it for a custom project on my car and it's perfect for what I need! I plan to paint the wiper cowl so I might just use it if I can take it off successfully.
