Battery is low. Low voltage activates the anti-theft. Charge or change the battery. Known issue.

If you decide to replace the rack bushings, be absolutely sure to keep the shims under each side of the rack taped together and marked... -
$7k is a ridiculous price. A full set of energy suspension bushings will set you back a few hundred $, granted they are absolutely not...
