    Gen I Cylinder Head Torque

    I was looking at my Gen I motor manual for Torque Specifications, it says: Torque to 30ft pounds on the first round and then add 1/4 turn on the second. This does not sound correct. I was expecting 60 to 90 pounds total. Do all the manuals state this procedure?
