People with small minds will always continue to find things to occupy their time, be it vandalism or evangelism.

I really am dumbfounded by people. Maybe sitting up on the roof with a dart gun is not a bad idea:)
And if someone was making out on the hood of my car.....well i think that guy better go to the doctor:rolaugh: because that aint right, brown and white and shoots about seven feet.
All in all I am not mad but worried if this going to happen some more, because university is back in a couple of weeks, and my restaurant is right beside it. And there are a lot of tree huggers there that think it is a gas guzzling beast that should not be allowed to run.
So i guess, i cant just leave it at home all the time, i will just have to my chances because i love driving it so much:headbang:

Thanks for the feed back

The coolest thing I ever saw was when a neighbor caught kids soaping his car on Devil's night (I grew up 2 hours from Detroit and we did our best to not let them out-do us.....we lost every year)...so my neighbor shut the one kids fingers in the door of his car, then urinated on the kid as he was crying.

That kid never did another thing wrong ever as far as I've heard!

P.S. *** Blk, I get stopped constantly to give registration, insurance and licence because they can't believe I actually own it.

Aaron

That's because redneck's carry guns, hate tree huggers, and, well, 'nuff said.

What's up with the Prius - Cadillac - Brotha thing? A little **** isn't it?

Hence the reason I work out 6 days a week. I never leave my Viper for more than 10 minutes out of sight unless it is at an autoshow where many of my friends are watching it.
As for Driving, well one of the advantage of being a large male with big arms is they never say anything. Not saying road rage is necessarily a good thing but intimidation can sometimes keep people in line.
As for the Camera in the car, well that would be awesome. At least for retribution. I am actually looking into that idea for when I buy a GT500 for a daily driver. As I cant keep the 10 minute rule with my DD, I will have to rely on surveilance.
Thing is what would you do if you had a recording of someone vandaling your car? IF you assault them you could be the one in trouble with the law.

My view on road rage is fairly simple. 1st never lose your temper. I think I would subdue the vandal physically, Cause him an immense amount of pain with a nice pleasant smile on my face and call the police that you caught a guy trying to steal your car and you would like to press charges.

:D No. MY first car was a 68 Sedan Deville, which I drove for over 3 years.

My point was they pick on old white guys because they want push back.

Rednecks are good people to not all of them or bad just the ones hanging the CONFEDREATE FLAG but this is AMERICA where there will always be a *** hole and just hope its not your property. My opinion and you know what they say about opinions.......*** BLK

Jealous people usually don't have the balls to do something directly to you so that is why they do something to your car. I was in my GTS for a Sunday drive when a Buick came around me with 3 50-somethings in it. The guy in the back by himself flipped me off. It took me a couple of minutes to jockey around to get right behind them, but when I did, I was all arm and bird out the window. You could tell the driver and front seat passenger did not know their little buddy in the back flipped me the bird. I got up beside of them and the guy in the back looked frightened and they hit a side road real quick. They weren't worth any more trouble so I left it at that, but I bet the ***** in the back will think twice before he flips off another Viper.

Not a Viper vandalism, but a Vette vandalism...

In late 2004 I was coming home from work early in the morning, pulled up and found my 91 Corvette ZR1 had white paint all over the hood. Apparently, some kid, before taking the bus to school, had taken a McDonalds cup full of paint and poured it all over my hood, running down into the headlight dome and engine compartment. Took 3-hours to clean it up, thank God most of it was still wet. I could have killed someone that day.

I'll bet it was one of you VIPER guys!

It all matters how you use it, not how big you are! :) I recommend every viper owner learning a little of the martial arts. Believe me, I have taught the littlest guys ever to do some major damage. There is NOTHING better than seeing a little nerdy guy whoop the **** out of some big idiot for messing with their car. I have seen it happen before! Best feeling in the world!

Wow. There must be an overwhelming amount of bad neighborhoods around that swarm to Viper owners. I would never consider weapons or self defense or steroids and the gym or whatever just because I might catch someone ******* on my hood.

I have insurance. Anything can be fixed. No need to train like Rambo.

Maybe helpful hint #2 would be don't park where you can't see it. I have 3 vehicles, and I pick which one based on many factors, including where I'll be parking it.

For this very reason I adhere to the following when taking out any of my cars. 1.Never park in unattended public spaces valet only 2. Use my every day ****** if going to grocery or any similar locations. I know this sounds a bit restrictive but beleive me this puts me at ease.

06 VPR/COUPE
06 LAMBO GALLARDO
72 VETTE/VERT
66 VETTE/427/425

As for the valet I just use their security and park on my own.
That's what I did the one time I went to a nice restaurant this summer. I told my wife before we left that I was NOT going to let the Valet park the Viper. If I couldn't find a good spot, then we weren't eating there. We pull in the place and sure enough, it's packed. One of the Valet's walked up to me and said, pull up to the front and wait till I come back, I have a special spot where you can park. They had a small area coned off near the entrance that had enough room for about four cars and he let me park there. Never once said anything about touching my car. I thought that was pretty cool and entirely unexpected. Gave him a nice tip.

And I bet you've eaten there again since that eh?

One of mine favorites not to get off the subject....*** BLK

Adrian,

If that guy came to a gas station I was at, I would have obliged, but completely missed his container and doused him good, head to toe.....then turned away and let fate have at him.....I'm sure there is a reason for lightning and at least I'd be doing my part by providing God an accelerant!

Aaron

Before I owned my viper I have had my seat cut on mu 73 Cuda and another incident with things stolen out of the car and off the car. I have never had anything done to my charger or viper yet. I usually stay close by and watch the cars if I'm somewhere with them. People that do these things are real losers because they think they will never have an opertunity to have something nice. There own lack of self image is expressed in these ways and confirms there loser existence and it is just a matter of time when they get caught. I hope the guy with the beer bottle incident took them to court, it would have been better than the bat. Then after he got paid visit them with a bat. How would these basketball players feel about loosing their scholarships?
