Yes!!!

I know where you can find one just like that!

I couldn't tell if it was an 08 or an 09,

but it was black,

Brand new with Low Low miles,

Plastic still on the seats

Low , Low price

Extended Warranty,

A real Steal of a deal!

I saw it at Miracle Motors,

Just take a long drive off a short bridge,

Take the left turn just after you go over the edge of the cliff,

Or just call them at

1-800- yea- RITE

I bought my '09 brand new in the 60's in February so it's not out of the realm of possibility.

I've been told you may see some good deals on '08's show up in July/August when the $20K employee discount 6 month ownership requirement has expired.

With the Viper more than likely being discontinued, the cheap prices of the generation 4's are diminishing.. if and when Dodge announces that the viper will be done, I'd expect prices to maybe even go back up into the 70s and 80s.. Just look at the ACR's.. nearly all of them on eBay are at least asking for sticker.

We always gripe about the value dropping of our cars but when we go to buy one, we want to steal one.

With only 50 09 Coupes on the ground picking are getting slim & no ACR's that i can find.
Prices are creeping up. If you want an 08/09 (new) you better get your hands out of your pockets and start looking for the paperwork to sign. Prices will be going up.

There is a time coming in the not so distant future that no matter what you paid for ownership of your Viper you will not regret one penny spent. God and a faltering economy allowed me to purchase a 1970 highcompression GTO in 1970. My purgatory now is mostly spent @ work in a 2007 high mileage Yaris. Listen to this old man, I don t care about money( but to pay bills) the time however short behind the wheel of that Viper, etc. will last you a lifetime, Just my 2cents

For those dealers that are well capitalized, they will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy at auction all the cars that were liquidated buy the dealers being closed at pennies on the dollar. They may pass some of the discount to the buyers but only for a very short window of opportunity. They will make enough money on the first wave of sales to be able to sit on the rest till the economy improves and charge full price.

Don't feel bad guys, I paid 1500 under msrp for my Z06 and 6 months later they were discounting them by 10 to 15k.

Paid top dollar for my 1600 mile GTS also but could care less about that because it is a keeper. I don't buy cars for investments anyway. I haven't broke even on a car since I was 16 and would buy junkers and fix them up.

Life is short, buy it and enjoy it.

I just wish I was in the market right now since there are DEALS everywhere. Of course if you can't sell what you got is it really a deal. :dunno:

Why are you guys bashing someone who wants to join the community? The reality is that many dealers are in liquidation/fire sales and have only until Jun 9th to sell everything or they lose all rebate assistance from Chrysler. In the case of Vipers, that may not be much but who would want to buy a 90K car from a non-Chrysler auto dealer. I don't see why this cannot be a constructive post. I paid MSRP and 9.5% interest on my GTS back in 97.

With the Gen 4 only having been produced to the tune of about 1800 - 1900 cars, prices will hopefully level off soon. It will take a better economy and possibly the death of the car for that to happen any time soon.

That's not it, just don't be a tight ***. If you have the money and want a Viper then buy one and enjoy it. If you are passing up owning the car because of $5-10k you really don't want one you're just being a low balling tight ***. Go buy a vette or Mustang.
