Like the title says, found this while under my car getting it ready for winter.... was under the front rad/splitter area.
Whats it mean?
Thanks!

It's the sticker that you are supposed to find. It means you've found it.
Factory visual inspection of alignment ??![]()
Wild guess, visual check that all lights are operative, column on left has 7 notations.
Might be...In no particular order.
Low Beams
High Beams
Driving Lights
Rear Lights
Brake Lights
Reverse Lights
Side Marker Lights.
Plus signs indicate they work. Delta probably means "change" in three types of lights from inoperative initially to working, nothing noted there as they are all plus's.
Top columns could be five test condition categories, car on, car off, car in a forward gear, car in reverse gear, car in neutral.
I bet 10684 is your VIN or VON. And the date probably matches pretty close to the sticker on your door for build date.
I have spent way too much time on the phone on hold today.
