On a hoist, not at a dealer, yes! :D

Truth be told it was the hours of cleaning that allowed me to see all this stuff.

Wild guess, visual check that all lights are operative, column on left has 7 notations.
Might be...In no particular order.

Low Beams
High Beams
Driving Lights
Rear Lights
Brake Lights
Reverse Lights
Side Marker Lights.

Plus signs indicate they work. Delta probably means "change" in three types of lights from inoperative initially to working, nothing noted there as they are all plus's.
Top columns could be five test condition categories, car on, car off, car in a forward gear, car in reverse gear, car in neutral.
I bet 10684 is your VIN or VON. And the date probably matches pretty close to the sticker on your door for build date.

I have spent way too much time on the phone on hold today.

When you find the sticker that says "Do not remove this sticker under penalty of federal law." don't remove it.

Took me years to get outta that mess.

Interesting.... would make the most sense.

As for the 5 dig #, no, not even close. Would guess maybe VON then?

Build date...everything on the car is labled as that...cant remember what the door said though.:dunno:
