Let's hope that the next gen Viper @ LeMans doesn't end up with the restrictor plates and all of the other handicapping in order to make it a "level playing field". Great news, nonetheless, and with Ralph at the helm of SRT we should expect a really badass Viper at LeMans!

Awesome news, I guess Dodge was paying attention to all the noise the Corvettes were making recently :eater: If this report is true, we can also guarantee that the new viper will be taking back the Nürburgring record thank you very much:drive:

This makes me ridiculously happy. I never cared for Vipers until the first time I saw one of the ORECA cars at Le Mans. Those awesome cars and their complete dominance are what made me want to have one in the driveway. It's time to bring that back. I can't wait.

Seriously. This is frickin' awesome.

Wow, ViperTony , I echo your concerns, but it is great news to see the torque monster that set the World on fire may be back at LeMans in the near future. Ralph is the new head of SRT, but just as important , he is the new man in charge of Dodge Motorsports. I think our dreams of seeing the Viper back on the World's stage could be coming to fruition.

And what a line up this would be for drivers. Get back Beretta from Corvette, Scott Pruett from Grand AM, and Kuno W. Lets do this thing !!!!!

I have waited for soooo long for the Viper to return to Le Mans. I make the pilgrimage there every year and it just isn't the same without a bad ass Viper leading the GT pack. Thank you, Ralph! Thank you, Dodge!
