The 2001 Viper Parts Catalog clearly points to the smaller of the weatherstrips on the rear of the splash shield as item# 4, part# 04709030AB. It also points to another smaller weatherstrip towards the front of the splash shield, item# 12, part# 04709031AB.
DanB's picture clearly shows that part# 04709030AB is the longer piece.
