DC extended warranty
I was told by Chuck this morning that Chrysler will not honor new warranties or extensions after Nov 1st unless it is in conjunction with a sale of the vehicle. Before and After Dyno - Intake Valves
Most dynos have a range of curve smoothing. Something like 1 thru 5 degrees of smoothing. My guess is this is normal with minimal smoothing selected.- Bill 96 GTS

Color vs. Year
Go with the color you like best or you will always be looking and wishing. Also consider the collectability of the first year GTS a few years down the road. When most car guys think Viper they think red RT/10 or Blue/White GTS.- Bill 96 GTS

pre 2000 exhaust ideas, specifically '96
Re: pre 2000 exhaust ideas, specifically \'96 Yes, that's my plate. I have been told that there are a lot of minor errors as the manuals are written before the cars are built. I have also been told to ask for parts for a 97 if you want to be sure it's a GTS part. I guess a lot of the parts...- Bill 96 GTS

What gears do I have?
no need to get it off the ground. Just put in neutral and roll it one tire revolution while you count the driveshaft revolutions. You can do it alone but it is easier with a helper. Push it forward while you watch from the rear. Don't run over your foot while counting.- Bill 96 GTS

Has anyone ever purchased a Viper off E-Bay?
Found mine on E bay. Called for info and made a deal. Flew to CA to pick it up with a cashiers check in hand. Solid deal, as described, no regrets. Original owner car. I don't think I'd buy from a dealer on Ebay.- Bill 96 GTS
