Where does this weatherstripping go?
kind of looks like the weatherstripping for the trunk on my '99 but it should be longer than 41" to go around the entire perimeter- BruceW

Gremlins after dead battery, wiring experts or a WIZARD perhaps?
If you only get the P1494 code when the gas tank is low (and on a cold start) it may be that evap test pump is a little weak or you have a small evap line leak. When the tank is low on fuel it takes longer for the tank to pressurize to the test level and this can throw a code. My `99 has been...- BruceW

Brake Fluid, How long should it last?
On the Gen 2's it looks like the LR is the furthest wheel from the reservoir (the rear T connector is near the RR wheel). Probably not that big a deal though...- BruceW

end link boots not lasting very long
The anti-sway bar end link boots don't seem to last more than a few years for me. They tear and crack, looks like normal aging but just way too premature. I've replaced the front set twice and the rear set once. Is this normal for a '99? Are there better replacement endlinks available?- BruceW

viper cut off while driving tonight.
Don't rule out the fuel pump. Mine behaved the same way, it would die, then start right up again. It was a connection that would intermittently go bad in the pump.- BruceW

I tried it and very quickly replaced the fronts...and the fronts weren't that old. The car was skittering all over the road with the slightest bump or rut.- BruceW

part no. for a crank damper
I am going to replace my stock ('99 RT/10, 45k miles) crank damper with the ATI super damper. Is 917932E the correct part no.? Is it a direct replacement? Any other dampers worth looking at? Thanks in advance Bruce- BruceW

The information on their site doesn't mention that this car is built on an ACR rolling chassis. That's the car that will be tested at the Ring this year. fuel injector life expectancy
What's the typical life of a stock Viper injector? The engine is tumbling a bit around 2500 rpm and I am suspecting it might be an injector (I have eliminated all of the usual suspects..battery, plugs, wires, throttle body sync, reset ECU, fuel filter, etc.) I've got about 48,000 mi. on a stock...- BruceW
