^ Gen 1 exhausts go out the side and GTS exhausts go out the rear so it is doubtfull. Depending on what he has, you might be able to make it work though since they are routed the same way.
Thanks for the info so far. I would like my fuel system to be able to support 1000hp down the road. I am not as concerned with the injector sizing since I will be running AEM, but am more concerned about getting the top feed injectors working on the Gen2 intake manifold.

I would just get rid of the cats. On my 02, I got rid of the cats and installed a 3" exhaust. I have the 02 sims to prevent the CEL. Heard they were needed in the newer gen 2s. Never tried my car without them. From what I have heard, the 00-02 headers are not that bad as they are tubular...

Pretty sure RSI has a 3 pump hanger they sell. You can probably get them from other places also but I think they cost roughly $600 for the hanger alone. That would get you to around a grand for the pumps and the hanger.
I wouldn't say you own part of it. You could only say that if you knew you would be able to sell it for more than you paid.
I got my 02 Graphite GTS with 7k miles for 34.5k at a dealer this spring without even haggling. More deals will pop up if you wait.
I am at credit unions all the time for work and most of the ones in my area use NADA instead of KBB. All have different values/limits they use on it but most I find use NADA retail. You can usually get a car for less than NADA retail.
