    1996 Viper Electrical Help - Please

    The most common GENI [96 RT/10] lighting problem has been the headlight switch. They melt because of the electrical load on them. I've got repair packages if that's your issue or your welcome to give me a call, maybe I can give you some pointers...

    The coolant leak could be the timing chain cover gasket? Time to call Dr. Bob on this one. I've got all the parts if you need them.

    strange Viper diff leak?

    Hey Tony, We have found many with that leak. The gear oil will work its way up the splines and come out around the pinion nut washer [out of 50 Vipers, maybe 6 of them]. The pinion seal is ONLY sealing the yoke. My fix for this leak: You'll need 4' crescent, 1 3/16" socket 3/4" drive, 6 point...

    Clutch pedal problem?

    I would try changing the clutch fluid first [DOT 4]. Also check the routing of the clutch hydraulic line, be sure it is routed as FAR away from your exhaust as possible and make sure the insulation on the line is in good shape and or add another layer to it. See if that helps? Let us know what...
