    What have I done? I still can't get the shift shaft off and was going to move the car so I could get to the passenger side door easier but the it won't start now. I turn the key and all I get is a clicking sound. What did I do?

    Can some one expline the oil weight to me. The first number is the oil cold, right? and the second number is hot. Oil thins out when it's hot right? So does that mean 0W-30 is thicker then 10W-30. This doesn't seem right to me cause oils like 20W-50 are recomended for hotter places and oil...

    Yeah, it's right on the trans lever. It's not reverse threaded or anything weird like that is it? I'm going to take a break from it for now. I'll go get some penetrating oil later and give it another go.

    I just got a short shift shaft but I'm having problems getting the old shaft off. I used a crow's foot and had no problem getting it around the nut but I couldn't get it to budge at all. It just wouldn't move no matter what I tried. Any suggestions on things I could try?

    Fog/mist out of vents??

    While sitting at a stop light today with my AC running I had some fog/mist come out of my vents for a few seconds. My girlfriend said she noticed the same thing when we were on a drive this weekend. Any idea's what this is and should I be concerned about it.

    Most all aftermarked CD makers are making connector harneses that allow you to plug directly into the existing harness. I haven't looked into the Viper specifically but I'm guessing it uses a generic dodge harness and you shouldn't have a problem finding one for what ever CD player you get.

    For wear on things like the seat belt you can't really go by mileage. You could get in and out of the car 10 time and put 24k miles on it or you could get in and out of the car 2000 times and still only but 24k miles on it. just depends on how it was drivin, not how far.

    if you're running with the top off defently take the rear window out. If you're leaving the top on it's up to you and the track officials if you take it out or not. Don't know anything about the wing though, don't have one. You probably won't need to worry about it. Most wings don't factor...

    I've gotten as high as 23 with all interstate drive and as low as 6, track day driving. My average is around 16 though, mostly city but not stop and go stuff, usually a rather constant 35 to 45 speed.

    front floor mat problem

    I found that if I slide the mat far enough forward it wedges in tight enough that it doesn't slide forward any more. Granted more of the floor just in front of the seat is exposed than I'd like but it's better then nothing.
