Changed my plugs today on 95 RT/10 EASY!

Alarm Problem.

Idling at 400 rpm

New Viper Owner.....How warm is normal???
Just picked up a 1995 RT 10. 51K miles, temp runs just past the 190 degree mark while on the highway. Gets past the next higher mark around town.
