    The car, for lack of better words, would just start cutting out. It would then magically heal itself for a while, then start missing again. Pretty much exactly what your car is doing. I never had a starting problem at all.

    I had a 97 GTS what felt the same way. We chased it with a lot of expensive parts like sensors, throttle body, plugs, and wires. Just before throwing our hands up we decided to go ahead and replaced the perfectly good old battery we had tested. Problem solved.

    That's exactly right. They gave me the diagnostic read out and said the guages cannot be recalibrated. Just know that the guage is 30 degrees cooler than it's reading.

    I may try the 75W-85. Maybe the neutral gear rattle is what I'm hearing. All my other Vipers had 15,000 miles or less. This is the highest mileage Viper I've bought.
