The closest experience I have to that is at the strip at Englishtown NJ earlier this year.
My bone stock '06 Coupe vs. a 2000 Vette. What are they, 350 hp LS1?
Anyway, he was a nice guy and had a nice car, but really needed practice when it comes to racing it. He went mid 13's at ~106'ish.
On my 3rd run ever with the car, I went a best of 11.90 @ 122.34 with a mediocre 1.94 60'. Given some more time to 'learn' the car, I feel as if I could've further improved on that time. Not to mention the weather was 70 degrees and humid that day, which isn't quite ideal. Only got 4 runs in that day, and since then I've done a few mods which include Filters, Corsa, DC Tune, and 3.55's.
I went back to the strip (Atco, NJ) about a month ago. I did pull a few low 1.8 60's, which I owe to the Gears, but mid-track was greasy to say the least. I went sideways on both the 1-2 shift and the 2-3 shift, on and off the gas. Then to top it off, I missed 4th! Somehow I managed an 11.85 @ 120 on that run.
Hopefully in the Spring I can try again on a sticky track as I feel my car is good for at least 11.5's now.
There are so many factors that come into play when it comes to ET, IMO, the small weight difference between the Coupe and Vert doesn't make a difference.
