This will be an off road controller "if" it comes at all. Mopar is working on it as a possibility but I doubt very much it will get you more than say 25-30 hp through the midrange similar as with a Gen3 tune. The "kit" they may have will more than likely include and exhaust upgrade to hit that number.

Hey Mark,

Now that the Mopar Race Controller is here, quick question:

We dynoed a couple of Gen IV cars last weekend. One 2008, one 2009. Both had Belangers, K & N's and the Mopar Race Controller. Both were running on a mix of 100 and 91 octane unleaded fuel.

Air / fuel ratios in both were very consistent at about 13:1. Both engines hit the rev limiter at 6400 rpm yet the installation sheet for the Mopar Race ECU states one of the benefits of this product is that it raises the rev limiter to 6500.

Any insight into this?

In another post you mentioned an updated set of installation instructions. My set is dated 11.19.08 at the bottom of the front page. If there is an update, where can we get it?
