The guy made it sound as though the Viper was a pile of junk with all his references to it being "brutal, a handful, etc.".

I don't think he made it out to be a POS. But it's not for the people who want a Ferrari. I think he summed it up nice.

"The Viper is a Bull with a rope in it's mouth".

If a car is a handful to drive, it will hardly be an effective race car. I suspect this particular reviewer has found himself in the unenviable position of being pinned down and mounted by sick minded males, in his past. These gruesome experiences have caused him to wince in the presence of high powered automobiles of the Viper's sort, instead leading him into the arms of far more effeminate rides such as the Ferraris, Porsches, etc. Observing his posture and statements has guided me to this scientific conclusion.

Do you guys know who Randy Pobst is? One of the best World Challenge and road race drivers out there-period. This guy can drive the wheels off of anything...check him out...he is every bit as good as Tommy Archer...and a really nice guy in person. He also writes a monthly article in the SCCA magazine "Sportscar" every month. Sounds like he likes and respects the ACR and what it is capable of...as should anyone who drives one. As I side note...I just bought myself a Christmas present...a new ACR...it will be here in a few weeks just in time for Xmas.

My scientific approach is world renowned for 100% accuracy. Any man who does not like Vipers is ***; simple perhaps but a perfect basis for diagnosis if ever there was one. Criticizing a Viper is like insulting my child; you better be ready to throw down. I stand by my assessment of this driver/reviewer. He prefers man-love and is delicate by nature.
