2013 vs 2017

Hello,

I’m currently looking at a 2013 dodge viper SRT but wanted to hear from community on whether there are major differences between a 2013 vs a 2017. What are the differences? I’ve been reading that there was a major recall on the 2013 vipers. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

While many enjoy typing long answers, I favor a verbal dialog. This is especially true when discussing the many recalls for the 2013's as well as understanding the system on the R28 and R 29 recalls.

Call me if you like...or, if your budget permits and all other criteria are equal (preferably similar mileage, conditions, lack of damage history, service history, and possible track or racing history, etc), just buy the 2017.

Both have been farted in, but the 2013 is more aged and the smell more refined as the 2017 would be more sharp.

Buying the 2013, factor in the price if rebuilding the engine. Not as much with the 2017
