Is there an issue with Gen III power steering?

I had the power steering pump replaced in June of 06 and now after having the pulley and tensioner replaced for another issue, the power steering is leaking again. wth
It only has about 14k miles on it.

I haven't checked. I found the oil very low this morning, so I could'nt bring it to my shop to get under it.

I'm buying some AFT-4 fluid today to top it off. I was planning on just taking it in to Dodge in the morning. Could it be as simply as a loose hose? I should be so lucky.

My bet would be a loose fitting, but it's impossible to tell for sure without looking at it. It's also possible that you have a bad seal on the input shaft to the P/S pump - when you replaced the weak tensioner, there is now more force pushing on the pulley/shaft because the belt is a lot tighter, and if the seal is bad you could get a leak from that.
