Very interesting looking ! I did some searching to find out more. It appears that the owner posted here and on VA several years ago. The use of old photos in this new eBay ad makes it a bit suspicious; but, it is probably a real sale. In any event, the manifold is pretty unique.

I've read some discussion about that intake. Supposedly it was optimized for high end power for the Oreca race cars at the expense of low end torque. I suspect that most street drivers would not be happy with that compromise. It does look cool though.
