98 GTS going to dealer in morning, what can I expect?

Im taking it in for an issue on some noise when shifting gears. While it's there what can I expect them to charge me for chaning the brake fluid?
Will they adjust my doors as they seem to have sagged a little and are hard to close? (Warranty?)
Will they change my tranny fluid under a TSB if I ask them to minimize the NGR?
Are there any other TSB's that I should know about?

LOL! For someone saying I should ship my car 400 miles and the cost would be 600 dollars.. I'm sure not putting a Summit fan on my viper and give Dodge an excuse to void my cooling system warranty!

Car is at Viper Tech now. The Viper tech anctually knows Ivan **, used to work at West Palm Beach Dealership and knows his stuff really well...
