Has anyone ever installed a NAPA fuel pump on a 96 RT/10? If so, have you had any problems with the pump.

I can purchase a NAPA fuel pump for half of what Dodge wants.

Have you investaged what goes into changing the pump on an RT?? And are you sure that the NAPA piece will be a direct replacement? (I doubt it is)

Swithing out the pump is not as easy as it may sound.

I digress, you could conceivably use just about any pump to get fuel to the rails - so yes, I would assume a NAPA pump would work. However, like I said, it is just probably not plug and play.

Also, if you are looking for a cheap solution, just get a Walbro. They are 100 bucks.

If you need more info, let me know, I have had several internal pumps, as well as external on my Venom.

Regards,
