Alpine 12 CD changer with stock 01\' stereo?

I have an Alpine 12 CD changer that I had in my previous car. Will this hook up to the stock 01 Alpine stereo? Has anyone tried this? Thanks.

I tried to hook up a CD Changer to the stock Head Unit and it was unsuccessful. Dealer worked for three hours and said there was no prong to connect the Changer prong to.
