Another Question on VOI DRAGS

I just noticed that the mod II class is for cars no quicker than 10.50. DOes this mean if you havn't run this fast before. Or you cannot break this time durring the event? Just curious.

10.50 is the break out in modII for this event.....surely you not considering modII in your car. You need to be in the unlimited!!!!
