Looks stock all the way down to the intake tubes and the unchanged fluids

stock is fine by me. Im assuming you are referring to the slightly dark brake fluid when you mention the "unchanged fluids". Although that is something I would correct immediately, I don't necessarily see it as the sign of an abused vehicle.
