You will need 3 pints to flush the whole thing so buy a quart.

interestingly, the 2008 Viper Service Manual on CD lists the brake fluid capacity as 7.5 ounces(0.3 Liters)

3 pints will do the initial flush.

After that, you can usually get a pretty good brake bleed (flush the calipers) with only one quart if you do it often enough.
