They look good, but are they well made and work well?

Thanks

The machined pedals are somewhat crude looking. These are the ones I bought earlier this year. Now I wish I would have bought the ones with sandblasted finish...
They seem to be well done, I have not put them on yet.

I've heard that some drivers have had problems when trying emergency braking because they also hit larger gas pedal all the time. It seems the "heel and toe" works too well. What's your experience?

No problems here with hitting the brake. I haven'y yet installed the clutch pedal as I need to grind off some weld on the steel pedal face. Never noticed under the rubber pad.

Installation in general isn't difficult. Just access to the pedal area is limited and getting a drill in there can be a challenge.

James,
I have a set of racing pedals with the accelerator pedal being similar in size and shape to the Autovation pedal. It definitely helps for heel and toeing but I have hit the gas pedal a few times (along with the brake) unintentionally. Didn't cause any problems but did scare me once for a split second the first time it happened before I realized what was up. The offset pedals exacerbate the issue. Now when I get in the car I consciously go thru the pedals with my feet to get the proper "muscle memory" before taking off and no more problems (unless I drive with my clogs....not advisable).

I installed them no problem. However I hit the gas pedal too often and did'nt like the feeling. So I just cut off the enlarged bottom part and that solved my problem.

I have them as well and have no problems unless wearing wider shoes like sneakers, then I have accidentally hit the gas while aiming for the brakes.

I couldn't get my drill to fit. They work fine as is but will take the opportunity to find a smaller drill to fit in that pretty tight area.

I just received my RT/10 pedals from autovation. The quality is excellent. Can't wait to install.....once it warms up a bit! :usa:
