Article Says \"No\"

Just read in newspaper article that the government will not allow DC to build a turbo Viper.

Joe,
You are kidding, right? Then CA would be cold in the winter and ME would be warm. FL would be cold and MN would be hot. AZ would be cold and...hey, I like this better. Bring on the turbos!
