What are you guys using to upgrade when you are replacing the factory plugs and wires? I assume the MSD wires are pretty popular because of the color. What about plugs, and what is the gap most people are using? (This would be for a non-nitrous vehicle with exhaust/ intake mods.)

Stock Mopar wires about $62 from Chuck Tator, Tator's Dodge 914-763-3136. Get the hi-pro wires if you don't mind static in your radio.

Stock replacement Champion plugs.

Many, many threads on this topic. All conclude the above.

Quite a few run the Magnecor wires. I have the 10mm, mainly for the poser points, but I think they are some of the best constructed wires around. For spark plugs, most owners that I am aware of use the stock champions gapped to the stock gap.

Here is a pic of the 10mm Magnecor plug wires with the cowling removed:

As noted above, use stock Champions for replacement plugs.

For plug wires, stock are good replacements. The Mopar blue wires may (and did for me and others) cause static through the CD and radio, quite annoying.
