You do not have to pay those again. The gas guzzler tax is included in the sticker one time when the car is new based upon mileage ratings. The luxury tax is also collected only one time when new, but is collected and remited by the dealer. Probably the only tax you will have to pay is state sales tax & license.
(Being a CPA has some advantages) This should make buying a used Viper even less painful.

Lyn is correct. Also, one of the advantages of living in Georgia is that you pay no sales tax if you buy from an individual within the state. This was a pleasant surprise when I purchased my '94 RT/10 a few years ago.
