Can someone look at a car for me in VA?

I'm looking for someone that knows a bit about what to look for to check out a car for me in VA.

I've seen pictures, and I know the paint needs some work, but I need to know more. If you live in VA and could help me out, I would be very appreciative.

The car is a 95 RT.

That sounds like it's too far. I would not ask someone to drive that far. BUT if you happen to be heading in that direction soon, that be cool.

Anyone else out there that can help me out?

Nearby in Chantilly there is a Dodge and Chrysler dealer (both w/ Viper techs) that can certainly inspect the mechanics of the car, both have worked on mine.
I dont mind giving you a visual overview, I dought the seller would let me take it on the road - I live close-

Kelly- I was going to try to make it this week but I am hitting OC Th night.... yeah I def think we should go together since I dont know the Gen 1 that well (can only report cosmetics). Maybe we can meet up early next week?

BTW, you did know that was me a week ago in the LX with you on 28?!! It is halarious how evenly matched those cars are... I think I saw your wife with that "OH GEEZ" look on her face!

You also might want to consider calling Bryon Muller, he's in Falls Church, VA which is close to the other two guys above. Both Ken and Kelly will be able to give you a good overview but adding Bryon to the equation would be a slam dunk, he is a Viper Tech now in business for himself and is extremely knowledgable. Many of us in this area will only let him touch our Vipers. I actually used Bryon for this purpose, took him to NJ to inspect a GTS I bought. Bryon was actually able to read ther part numbers on each body panel on a 2000 and tell if they were each installed at the plant. Just getting to those numbers almost takes a contortionist in some cases.

So far I two guys that offered to do it. Unless they have a different thought on this, I think we have it covered. I totally leave it up to them if they would like back out and hand the torch over to one of you.

it's a peice.

he called me today to look at it, but i knew which one he was talkin bout. Bryon muller said he went and looked at it for a friend of his and it was in horrible shape.

From what I can tell, the car has not been well cared for. Lots of little things. I knew the pictures were questionable, but the rest of the story behind this car put the price in the very low 20's if not into the teens for me. Too far from what this guy is asking.
