Canned tune. Questions. who to contact?

looking to talk with someone about canned tunes for 1999 rt/10. I have an unmarried SCT Flash. Specifically I am interested in speedometer calibration, 18" front & 19" rears. Also I want to know if a canned tune can run the fans after the car is off to prevent heatsoak. I've modified the radiator fan according to the project viper on MotoIQ. Some basic upgrades like Belanger Headers, belanger cats, BillyBoat exhaust rear X pipe. Screamin Demon coils, 10mm wires. K&N filters. Not much else. Car is running great, but I would like to have better temperature control. Thanks for your input and help. -Trent

Or @Dan Cragin who was going to sale me his 3.55 and offered to do the adjustment, turn on cooling fans earlier and a few other things to improve power if I wanted.
