I was replacing the fuse on slot 7 and it kept on popping, so I decided to remove the hot from the battery and then inserted the fuse, when I reconnected the cable to the battery, the alarm went off, now I can't start it. I've tried the "press the lock and unlock at the same time" and still nothing, HELP!

As for the fuse continuously popping, it was the cigarette lighter shell, the plug slipped off and was shortening the fuse, must have came off when I was re-assembling the dash. She's back in action!
