What brand of cat backs is Mopar performance selling in their catalog, Corsa? If I put on a set of cat backs, smooth tubes and drop in K&N filters, is the car going to run ok or do I need to get the mopar performance computer or possibly recalculate? I just don't want to create a new problem.

Lou Belanger tells me that Mopar has now given his headers a part number and will be offering them as a Mopar part in their catalogue soon, but he did not mention they would be selling his cat-back (I assume they won't sell a press-bent non-stainless cat back in any event since everyone is so sold on stainless). I hope someone answers you quetion about the ECU. I am sure my car is running stupid rich and hiding some power and am interested in any software help.

Your car will run fine without the ECU with the mods you plan to make.

I was recently told that you should have headers/cats/cat back/roller rockers in order to get a benefit from the Mopar Performance ECU.
