So I finally got my first Viper late fall last year (98 RT10) and was only able to drive it for about a month here in Minnesota. I started to notice a coolant smell, but only when I would get into it hard and higher rpms. Once in a while there would be a little steam coming out the passenger side under the hood between the cowl. So I crawled under and there is coolant soaking the whole bottom of the car starting from rear engine area on passenger side. I put some dye in and cleaned it up and took it for a spin. From what it looked like, it was coming from the outside of the head gasket by the head bolt. but it was also a little wet above it, so it was had to tell if it was dripping down or what.
Now to tonight I did a pressure test cold and hot and absolutely nothing is wet around the head gasket area and holds pressure great. I don't have any overheating issues, nothing in the oil. I cannot see anything that would leak on the upper passenger side, but I am absolutely stumped. I do not want to do a head gasket when that is not the problem. Does anybody have somewhere I should be looking? picture for the area I am talking about.

Well I did finally confirm that it is the head gasket leaking right at the outside bolt. It would only leak if I rev it to about 4500 rpm. Where is the best place for instructions to to the head gasket on a gen 2?

Check your HVAC cooling hoses near heater core on passenger side. I had one get a pin hole and spray the engine/exhaust manifold.

That's what I was thinking too - there's several heater hoses at that location, two of which connect to the engine
