crank trigger degrees btdc ???

Hello,
Does anyone have the specs on the location of the crank trigger twin notches and the cam position sensor location in degrees BTDC or ATDC?

I know the crank trigger notches are 72 degrees apart, and have 18 degrees spacing between the 2 notches in the crank - but where are these located relative to TDC and the cam position sensor?

Also - the service manual indicates the crank trigger should be high when it is above a slot (open air) - I seem to be finding the opposite, anyone know the scoop on this?

I'm thinking of adding an aftermarket ECU and want to use the stock triggers if possible.
