It looks like I need to replace the front crankshaft seal. I've been trying to trace my oil leak ever since I installed the Roe SC and it appears to be coming from behind the balancer. I pinned the crank as recommended and I'm wondering if during the process I messed up the seal some how or if its just the added internal pressure created by the SC that is causing the leak. One question I have: what happens if you drill the crank too deep? Although I thought I was being very careful when I drilled it. Anyways, to change out the seal, I need a crankshaft seal removal tool C-4679A. Who would have one? Chuck Tator's? Also, is there enough room in the front of the motor to use a universal puller to pull the balancer off?
